3. User Responsibilities

Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when scheduling, enrolling, or submitting materials (such as resumes or project work) for the Services.

Payment: You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your service package as outlined in the separate pricing or enrollment agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services.

Lawful Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

A. Company Content: All content, materials, training modules, curriculum, videos, graphics, and the "Enclave minds" branding and logo on the website and provided during coaching are the exclusive property of Enclave minds and it is protected by copyright and intellectual property by laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

User Content: You retain ownership of all materials you provide (e.g., your resume, code samples, personal projects). However, by submitting them, you grant “ Enclave minds “ a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify these materials solely for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon coaching, training, and placement services.

5. Disclaimer of Guarantees

Enclave minds provides professional coaching, training, and advisory services. We do not guarantee job placement, employment, or a specific level of career success or financial outcome. Our services are designed to enhance your skills and marketability, but your success depends on your effort, diligence, market conditions, and the quality of your applications and interviews.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Enclave minds, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service;

Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;

Any content obtained from the Service; and Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India , without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at 15 days ' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
